Today, with all of the budget constraints, health care budgets are getting cut right and left. However, Dr. D. Potter knows that sometimes you have to inform politicians about what is important. Dr. Potter spends a lot of time and effort speaking to congressmen and other politicians to show them the importance of supporting health care.
Dr. Potter believes that by keeping Americans healthy the country will be stronger economically, socially and morally. “We have an obligation to see that all Americans have access to basic health care and health education, especially now when so many people are out of work.”
